Sessions will last approximately 1 ½ - 2 hours and include a lecture/presentation followed by a Q & A session, when members will be able to ask questions of the presenter(s). This session will look at how to go about selecting and fitting the right saddle for your horse, as well as trouble-shooting common problems that impact riding. This is a continuation of Part 1 from 2023.

Shoeing the Icelandic horse part 2 with Siggi Torfi. This session will be a deeper-dive into the shoeing issues unique to the Icelandic horse, including shoeing techniques specific to the horse's unique gaits, as well as how to source supplies and materials in the US.

Endurance riding with the Icelandic horse with Survive Iceland competitor and Survive Iceland's Best Rider award winner, Sami Browneller. This session will discuss how well suited Icelandic horses are to endurance riding and how to start in the endurance riding world.
